Distinguishing between recurrent nightmares and dreams is explored and the different techniques required when working with each are described and practiced. Common depictions of schemas and modes in dreams are shared amd discussed. Demonstration of how to work with dreams are included. A recording of the webinar is available but NOTE viewing recordings is not counted as eligible for ISST C/E points.
