Based on the book by Joan Farrell & Ida Shaw this workshop takes practitioners through a process of schema therapy experiential exercises and self refelection. As schema therapists we are all continually working on recognising our coping modes and learning how to manage them in the treatment room so we can return to our Healthy Adult. Limited numbers creates strong group safety and cohesion so meaningful work can be done.

Evaluations from previous workshops have been extremely positive. To quote one participant from last year
