Based on the latest book by Joan Farell and Ida Shaw this will workshop will focus on enabling participants to become aware of their own schemas and modes and how they are triggered when working with particular clients. Working together in a group format you will be introduced to interventions to help shift or at least loosen these ingrained states.

Lynda Parry trained with Joan Farrell and Ida Shaw and recently co-lead a workshop with Joan in Byron Bay. She is also trained in Bion's group process is an experienced group leader.
